Hi there! My name is J.D. and I’ve been at Lighthouse for about 5 years now. I can honestly say I feel very blessed to be a part of this team, and even more blessed to be part of it’s continued growth. Over my many years at Lighthouse I’ve definitely been through some highs and lows, but through it all, Lighthouse has always lent me a hand and helped me back up. It truly feels like a family that I’m proud to be a part of. We do our best to take care of not only the company, but also our clients and other members of the communities in which we live. John has always done his best to pay me what I’m worth and appreciates my honest days work. All this makes me feel like more than just another tool in the shed which ultimately continuously encourages me to put my best foot forward on a daily basis. Here at Lighthouse you get what you put in, which unfortunately I personally feel many other businesses are starting to lose sight of. Lighthouse values honesty, integrity, and yet, above all else, our safety and well-being. I don’t just see myself as a window cleaner, I see myself as a small part of something greater.
