John – Business Owner
I love being a business owner and leading such a wonderful group of people. I have a background in corporate management with Starbucks, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and REI. I believe the lighthouse is a symbol of strength, guidance, and light.
I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, bicycling the back roads of Placer County, and volunteering in my church community. I have five kids who have all helped support the business over the years.
JD – Office Manager
Hi, I’m JD. I’ve been with Lighthouse since 2018. I started with zero knowledge of window cleaning or home maintenance in general, but I quickly learned the trade and began to truly enjoy my job, admiring the company’s ideals and workflow.
Since then, I’ve filled a handful of different positions and now consider myself the Swiss Army knife of Lighthouse, helping in a variety of ways. I love to travel and often work remotely from my camper van along with my amazing wife and lazy Doberman. I’m incredibly blessed to be part of the team for as long as I have and look forward to the future!
Dave – Senior Operations Manager
My name is Dave, and I am the Operations Manager at Lighthouse Window Cleaning. I have been working with John and Lighthouse since 2010.
When I’m not working, I enjoy golfing, BBQing, and spending time with family.
Kaden – Lead Technician
Hi, my name is Kaden. I have been with Lighthouse Window Cleaning since 2022. I am one of our lead technicians and take pride in delivering high-quality, detailed work.
When I started with Lighthouse, I had very little knowledge of window cleaning or home maintenance, but with the right team I was trained properly and quickly excelled. When I’m not on the job, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors with my son.
Paul – Operations Coordinator
I have been working with Lighthouse for nearly seven years and bring over 15 years of experience in the industry.
Outside of work, I am a professional musician and active performer, balancing creativity with discipline. On weeknights, I train in Muay Thai and martial arts, and at home I enjoy family life while raising my 12-year-old daughter and preparing to welcome a son.
Pablo – Technician With 5 Years of Experience
Pablo takes pride in helping customers keep their homes clean and well maintained. He enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team that helps people feel good about their property.
In his free time, Pablo enjoys walking his dog, spending time with family, and helping older neighbors in his community with tasks that are difficult for them to handle alone.
Andrew – Lead Technician
I’ve worked for Lighthouse Window Cleaning for six years. I love spending time with my wife and dogs.
I grew up in Foresthill, California, and currently live in Roseville. I started at Lighthouse as a technician and currently serve as one of the team leads.
Christian – Lead Technician
Christian has been providing professional window cleaning and end exterior maintenance since 2017, serving both residential and commercial customers. His experience includes window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior maintenance, and he is known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Christian takes pride in helping customers enjoy cleaner, brighter homes and businesses while upholding Lighthouse Window Cleaning’s standards for quality service and professionalism.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys working on cars, spending time outdoors, and taking trips with his daughters.
